Twin Cities Appliance sent "repairman" Matt out to replace an LED light in our KitchenAid refrigerator. When Matt finished we had 5 lights out instead of one and were charged $306.06 for his "repairs". Matt said the 6 year old refrigerator was now unrepairable. When we called to talk to Tim, Matt's service manager we were told there was nothing Twin Cities Appliances could do and we should take it up with KitchenAid. Beware of these guys. If they send Matt to your home don't let him near your appliance. And don't expect any help from manager Tim either.

They did show up, diagnosed the problem, but claimed they could no longer get the part to fix it. We searched on our own and yes the Samsung part was in fact still available. We ordered and installed the part ourselves. The technician who came to our house did not speak much English. Obviously not his first language. All he did was grunt and point to his phone.

Good job, done quickly. Too bad parts don’t come that fast.
